Parent and Child - Maintenance
This course welcomes parents and children into the workshop, allowing both to learn about basic bike maintenance and safety (grandparents, guardians, carers, aunties or uncles welcome too) We’ll be working on your child’s bike using a series of hands-on practicals, interspersed with quizzes, Q&A breaks, with a little bit of theory thrown in for good measure! All in all, a fun day out with a healthier bike at the end of it. What’s not to love?
Due to the physical constraints of the workshop and tooling used, we recommend that only one parent accompanies their child and suggest that only children above the age of 10 should attend (we are somewhat flexible on this). You will also be responsible for your child throughout the workshop. All tools, plus a pair of gloves, eye protectors and apron will be provided for use during the workshop and must be worn at all times – please wear appropriate clothing and footwear
